Making Space Studio offers Artful Flower Arranging workshops. This class will offer an introduction into the world of flower arranging, focusing on creative pairings and visual design.
After an introduction to watercolor painting techniques and small practice studies from real flowers and plants, students will design and paint their own larger artwork.
Leave with an original watercolor piece and many floral studies to inspire your future paintings!

This class will offer an introduction into the endlessly creative world of artistic collage. Participants will create their own collage materials to pair alongside a wide selection of sourced materials to create original works of art.

Block Printmaking
Dive into the wonderful world of printmaking through a linocut print of your own design.

Explore this historical process through a contemporary lens. The group will be lead through each step of this printmaking medium: designing, carving, and printing.

Everyone leaves with original prints and their uniquely, printable carved linolium blocks.
Indigo Dyeing & Patterning
Get lost in the mesmerizing blues that only indigo can provide!
This workshop offers a thorough introduction to the process of dying with indigo, a centuries-old medium found across the world.
Participants are encouraged to explore and experiment with various methods of resist patterning and will leave with numerous fabric dye tests and a finished dyed cotton bandana.
